Alice Lin is the VP & Senior Talent Advisor at Liberty Mutual in Boston. In her prior role as Engagement Leader of Strategic Workforce Planning in Talent Analytics, she partnered with business leaders across Liberty to provide data-driven workforce plans to proactively anticipate current and future hiring needs to meet business goals. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, Alice worked for Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy & Operations Consulting practice and worked as an Actuarial Consulting Senior at Ernst & Young in their Insurance & Actuarial Advisory Services. Alice serves as the National Co-chair of the LEAAP employee resource group, supporting Liberty Mutual in its attraction, development, engagement, and advancement of Asian professionals. She is passionate about mentoring and has served as a mentor for the HR Development Program, MBA RISE and various ERG mentoring programs. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She is based in Boston and lives with her wife Hélène. In her spare time, Alice loves enjoying the outdoors, camping, and exploring different cultures.
