Dr. Xin Zhang serves as the Head of Parent Affairs of the Lead with Purpose Foundation (LWPF) and an advisor to the Student Commission Program for high school students. Xin believes everyone can be a leader if they desire to. She is passionate about working with other LWPF leaders to enhance the platform to develop young leaders and believes that the aim of education is not knowledge but action. In her spare time, Xin volunteers to support local schools and communities. As a senior director at WuXi Biologics, she worked for Amgen in the process development department for 15 years with a Ph.D. degree in Bioanalytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
