Kirsten L’Orange is the founder and “fairy god-manager” of Emboldened Coaching, a company that helps entry-level to early executive professionals build the confidence and skills to optimize their career performance. Before founding Emboldened Coaching, Kirsten was the Vice President of Global Direct to Consumer Omnichannel Productivity at Levi Strauss. In this role, she led the global retail center of excellence for the company’s $3 billion direct-to-consumer business, including Retail Capabilities and Omnichannel product managers and business owners, as well as workforce management and training/communications teams. Kirsten began her post-MBA career at Bain & Company, where she spent significant time in their private equity practice and developed a deep love for PowerPoint.
Kirsten holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business and Economics from Skidmore College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, living in a 100-year-old cottage with two big, goofy dogs. In her spare time, Kirsten can be found trail running, hiking, or taking her dogs to the beach.
