Shanlin Qian is a senior at Westlake High School and has been involved in the LWPF since her sophomore year. Shanlin is eager to use her leadership and communication abilities to bring together the members of the organization, and help it grow. The amiability that she brings to the table allows her to build connections with others. Outside of the LWPF, Shanlin participates in programs to teach elementary schoolers art and tutor school subjects. She has had a long-time interest in art, from painting to character design. Music is another interest, as Shanlin plays the violin and is learning guitar. Shanlin is determined to use her position to create a successful year in the LWPF.
